Job Description

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Receptionist working in our Assisted Living
facility you will be responsible for providing professional and timely
service to visitors as well as administrative support to facility staff,
residents, and resident families. Also, answering the phones and
referring to the appropriate department or person, assisting with
projects and assist with scheduling and rescheduling resident
appointments, setting up transportation for residents to and from
outside appointments, assist with preparation of documents that
residents take to outside appointments; also, serving as an information
resource. Hours include flexible evenings, occasional weekends, and
rotating holidays. Qualifications: Graduate or high school or GED
recipient Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting
Demonstrated ability to analyze an issue, identify options, and
implement solutions Ability to work cooperatively with people in and
outside of Resident Care Services department Ability to communicate
(verbally and in writing) and effectively interact with residents, their
family members, supervisors, other staff members, and medical
professionals Ability to respond positively to work direction and
guidance from others Computer and software knowledge to effectively
perform the tasks required (word processing, data entry) Detail
oriented; ability to document accurately Ability to work independently
with minimal supervision Motivational Skills Results-Oriented Bilingual
preferred Self-Motivated Strong Relationship Building Customer Service
