    Responsibilities:

    • Attend scheduled public meetings onsite once or twice a month to take detailed notes.

    • Utilize recording equipment provided to capture meeting discussions and ensure accuracy.

    • Complete the transcription of meeting recordings at home, finalizing meeting minutes with precision.

    • Submit completed and accurate meeting minutes to the appropriate contact in a timely manner.

    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive meeting information.

    • Use Microsoft Word to format and prepare meeting minutes for submission.

    • Communicate effectively via email regarding meeting schedules and deliverables.

    • Ensure all meeting minutes are clear, concise, and adhere to organizational standards.

    • Proven ability to take detailed and accurate meeting notes.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
    • Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and detail.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Experience in transcribing or preparing meeting minutes is preferred but not required.
