Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Experimentation & Digital Engagement will be responsible for setting up experimentation processes. The contractor would be responsible for parsing Snowplow data and setting up a process to calculate attribution to various components on our websites and mobile apps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in experimentation design, data analysis, a deep understanding of digital customer behavior, and preferably frontend activity capturing technologies like Snowplow.



Responsibilities:

Parse and analyze Snowplow data to gain insights into customer activity on our digital platforms

Develop SQL queries (and optionally Python code) to process the raw data, and to calculate revenue and engagement attribution of various components on our websites and mobile apps

Implement traffic splitting strategy for A/B tests and provide rigorous statistical analysis, translated into business impact, on the outcome of the results

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive engagement

Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on customer activity and attribution

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular quality assurance checks

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on digital customer behavior

Experience with Snowplow and other data analytics tools

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets

Experience with attribution modeling and a deep understanding of digital customer behavior

Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
