possible. About The Opportunity Position Summary The Employee Experience
(HR) Internship position ensures cross-functional collaboration across
Human Resources departments and other business units for the Neenah
campuses. This position will play a critical role in enhancing the
hourly employee experience by creating consistent onboarding, partnering
with the business for hiring/recruiting and owning key initiatives for
Neenah campus locations. You will have guidance from the Regional
Associate Human Resource Business Partner as well as be included in
Menasha Corporation\'s Intern Program, which focuses on connection,
experience building, and professional development. Essential to this
Position The Employee Experience Intern will be responsible for
assisting the Regional Associate HRBP with projects starting part-time
in spring 2024 and transitioning to full-time in the summer. Areas of
Learning/Responsibilities Help enhance the hourly employee experience
through hiring, onboarding, training, and other key employee milestones
Help develop and maintain local community value proposition to attract
and retain talent Partners with manager and business leaders to assure
successful deployment of talent acquisition/management, employee
engagement, leadership development, communications, compensation, and
benefits initiatives Assures effective delivery of HR service to
assigned site(s) Ensures cross-functional collaboration across site(s)
Ensures accuracy and completion of employee related data and
documentation Maintains industry, professional and technical knowledge
by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional
publications Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Human
Resources or other related degree Workday experience preferred Previous
office experience preferred Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
and ability to advise on laws and regulations affecting HR practices
Knowledge of HR approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to inform,
