Robert Half Legal is recruiting Litigation Associates for the Sacramento office (telecommute currently) of its large statewide law firm client. The ideal candidate will have 1-7++ years of practice in labor & employment law and/or commercial litigation.
Qualifications include excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, diverse discovery and law & motion experience, and optimally some trial work. This is definitely a partnership-track opportunity, so career-minded litigators are encouraged to apply!
The target salary is $135,000 - 200,000+/yr, DOE, plus bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $40,000+, depending on amount of hours billed. Comprehensive benefits, including the firm’s profit sharing contributions to the retirement plan, are a part of the employment package.

• Active bar admission in the state of California.
