JOB REQUIREMENTS: Accurately diagnose vehicle and equipment issues Be
able to identify and fix almost any issue with a vehicle including
wiring and electrical issues Be able to do any suspension work Be able
to do any heavy mechanical work needed Perform any repairs and
maintenance independently and efficiently as well as be able to show
others how to as well Ensure projects are completed thoroughly and to
high standards. Must be someone who takes great pride in their work Keep
up-to-date with training on advanced technology and tools relevant to
the role Maintain a clean and organized workspace \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive experience as a mechanic, with
a proven ability to manage projects autonomously In-depth knowledge of
diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and maintenance practices Strong
commitment to continuous training and skills advancement Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work
