JOB DUTIES:

- In-house fabrication facility

- Assemble mounting hardware

- Must be strong, with good balance

- Able to move 75lbs of material in a 2 man pair

- Will be working on metal roof - Heat will be extreme - precautions are taken on site - bring another shirt and sunscreen to prevent sunburns

- Must have all basic hand tools, cordless drill, pliers, impact wrench

- Experience with "Solar Strings" - simple connections on the roof

- Attend daily safety meetings at 7AM

- NO electrical work

- You will be on your knees the entire time
