What\'s involved in this role: We are looking for a Permeate Operator in
Luxemburg, WI. The Permeate Operator is responsible for the processing
of permeate into high quality deproteinized whey powder. 2-2-3
Rotational Schedule 6:00am - 6:00pm 6:00 pm - 6:00 am What you need to
join our team: Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform accurate hourly checks on assigned equipment and make any
necessary adjustments to keep product within customer and organization
specifications. Machines Include: Evaporator, Fluid Bed, and Packaging.
Checks include: flow rates, temperatures, system pressures, pH, fans
speeds, amps readings, moisture, and percent solids. Shutdown, clean,
and start up assigned machines on a daily basis or when required. Set up
line circuits, silos, and tanks to be CIPed and set up backup for
production as required. Complete needed quality checks for Water
Quality, Chemical Concentration, and Foot Formers. No experience
required; in house training provided Willingness to learn and work as a
