JOB REQUIREMENTS: We Are Hiring: Physical Therapist Float - Outpatient
Therapy Clinics - 0.5 FTE Begin your story with ProHealth Care\'s

Schedule Details:Clinics open from 7am-7pm, Monday through Thursday, and
7 to 5:30 on Fridays. Need to work until 7 PM generally one evening per
week. Job requires ability to provide coverage for absences of regular
staff due to vacations, medical leave, etc., and will need to be able to
work at any of our 14 clinics in our service region. About Us: The
Outpatient Therapy department services Waukesha county in 14 locations
including clinics affiliated with Waukesha, Oconomowoc, and Mukwonago
Memorial Hospitals. We employ 78 Physical Therapists. Clinical staff
provides care for patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and medical
diagnoses, seeing patient from infancy through late adulthood. Many
specialty services are offered including Cancer Rehab, lymphedema
therapy, Pelvic floor rehab, dry needling, vestibular therapy for
dizziness, balance and falls, and sport rehab. They also provide
specialty care to the pediatric population for complex medical,
congenital, orthopedic and neurologic conditions, and sensory processing

a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of
