JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary Lamplight Farms has been in business for
over 60 years and continues to grow year over year with innovative
products such as the TIKI Brand Patio Fire Pit and Bitefighter LED
String Lights. This is an exciting time to join Lamplight and the W.C.
Bradley Co. As the SR. NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will be responsible
for managing sales and maximizing profits with one or more assigned
national retailers and distribution channels and managing other
respective sales managers. Your Responsibilities Manage the sales
strategy for assigned national retailers and distribution channel(s);
ensure strategy meets or exceeds profitable growth expectations.
Establish and manage strong business relationships with key
decision-makers of assigned accounts; maintain proactive communication
with the account\'s management. Prepare national strategic plans,
evaluate sales performance, and take appropriate corrective action as
necessary to maintain profitability expectations. Maintain a current
knowledge and understanding of the consumer market; dedicate time to
understand the consumer within the national retailers/channels target
audience; provide market feedback to ensure product development,
merchandising, and pricing meets consumer/market needs. Actively
participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings; provide
input and discussion regarding future product demand, production
scheduling, and finished goods inventory relative to channel needs.
Brand Representation, act as the face and voice of the brand, promoting
products and services at trade shows and customer events. Assist in
training sales representatives and support staff to enhance team
performance and alignment. Your Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related Field of Study Eight (8)
years of progressive sales / account management experience within the
consumer products industry. Experience working with key retailers
including Ace Hardware, Menards and Tractor Supply is preferred.
Knowledge of channel / distributor sales techniques and best practices.
Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to meet sales
objectives. Effective time management skills to prioritize and manage
competing demands. Ability to command presence and demonstrate
confidence in meetings and group settings. Ability to travel regularly,
both domestically and internationally. Benefits The work location for
