From your PASSION to ours

The Organizational Change Management Intern is a 10-week hybrid internship based in Chicago, IL. This internship will provide hands-on experience in organizational change management and communications. This role provides an opportunity to learn and be exposed to mass organizational communications, data collection and presentation, and project management. 

Internship Dates: June 2nd – August 7th

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Provide production support for organizational communications using tools including email, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and internal social media 
• Draft and manage organizational communication as directed 
• Collect, analyze, and present survey data to internal stakeholders
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership through reports and presentations 
• Work with cross-functional teams to promote key initiatives and employee engagement 
• Drive engagement and answer questions within Lactalis’s internal social media site (MS Teams and Viva Engage)
• Create materials to support change adoptions efforts

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Education, Communications, Human Resource Development, I/O Psychology or related fields 
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
