This role is hybrid, mostly remote, and the pay is $71,750 - $80,000.
The Data Intelligence, Measurement, and Evaluation Manager plays a critical role in assessing, designing, developing, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting data and outcomes at the Line of Service (LOS) and organization level. This position will ensure continuous quality improvement in data management and evaluation planning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data intelligence, measurement, evaluation, quality improvement, data management, or related field.
At least three years of experience in data intelligence and evaluation, preferable in a nonprofit social service organization.
Advanced computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Power BI.
Experience with data-driven program evaluation, design, and implementation.
Familiarity with data governance, data security, and data privacy practices and regulations.
Strong communication skills including the ability to present information in an effective and clear manner.
Effective interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate with others.
Adept critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Project management skills, ability to independently design and implement plans with minimal ongoing support.
Driver's license required.
