| Required Skills: | -1+ years of driving experience along with the ability to gain a Health Card
-Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
-Fundamental knowledge of the operation of Turf equipment; with the ability to operate vehicles and equipment in the delivery or retrieval process.
-Ability to use basic computer functions in accounting for attendance and time allocation to proper repair orders requiring Midwest Machinery Company’s Hauling of equipment.
-High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred
-Ability to use a forklift ; fork lift license preferred |
| Preferred Skills: | -Frequent bending and stooping
-Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
-Ability to climb onto and off of trailer decks in the securing of equipment.
-Predominantly working in the outdoors, occasionally in extreme heat, cold, rain or snow
-Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required; CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred |

| Job Description: |
-Performs duties in the pick-up and delivery of both dealer and customer equipment.
-Maintains condition of service vehicle, trailer, inventory, tools and equipment
-Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
-Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
-Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties
-Actively assists in recruiting service work
-Interacts in a positive and respectful manner with customers and fellow employees
-Completes some wash bay tasks
-Performs other duties as assigned
