Position Overview

C&S Companies is currently seeking an Aviation Resident Project Representative II position for our Great Lakes team. These are project specific role opportunities offering a competitive salary, employee benefits (including health insurance and time-off provisions) and possible relocation allowance/per diem for qualified candidates. Airport construction experience highly desired.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include performing routine construction inspection and administrative services including acting as a liaison between supervisor and contractor, arranging material testing, conducting hands-on inspections, notifying supervisor of problems and deviations from plans and specifications, tracking quantities for payment, review of contractor submittals and completing daily reports.

Skills/Education/Experience


Five years of related experience
Associates degree in related field
Ability to maintain a daily job log and records
Familiarity with and ability to interpret civil construction plans and specifications

Desired Education & Experience


Airport construction experience (horizontal projects) highly desired
Bachelor's degree in related field
Concrete and asphalt pavement inspection experience
Underground drainage, utilities and electrical experience
Willingness to travel preferred

Estimated Compensation Range and Benefits

$42.00 - $52.00/hr*

*Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
