Wage: $24 - $32/hr. (Depending on Qualifications)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3 pm

Duties of the building and industrial maintenance technician:
Perform basic building maintenance tasks including filter changes on HVAC equipment, water systems, etc.
Coordinate and arrange outside services for electrical work or tasks beyond the scope of the Maintenance Department.
Repair pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair baggers, sealers, and mixing equipment.
Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery.
Perform greasing, oiling, and other routine maintenance tasks.
Handle minor repairs and battery changes on forklifts.
Requirements of the building and industrial maintenance technician:
Minimum 2 years of experience working on industrial machinery.
Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
