About the Opportunity: The successful Food & Beverage Cleaner will perform detailed cleaning tasks in both front of the house and back of the house areas of our vessels, in order to provide a clean and sanitary environment for both shipmates and guests. About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences RESPECT Service System. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Front of the House (FOH) Routine and deep cleaning of all FOH areas, including but not limited to floors/carpets, bus stations, bar areas, windows, etc. Set up and break down dining room and service stations as prescribed; this requires movement of dining cabin furniture Back of the House (BOH) Routine and deep cleaning of all BOH areas, including but not limited to floors, kitchen prep areas, kitchen cooking surfaces, ovens, kitchen equipment, etc. Operate dish machine- ensure all dishes are cleaned, organized, and stored appropriately Ensure that dishwasher is in proper working orderresponsible for routine cleaning of equipment and refilling chemicals as needed Test and document dish machine temperature and sanitizer daily Additional job duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency preferred Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Prior cleaning/janitorial experienced preferred Must be self-motivated Must be detail-oriented Pay Rate: $16/hr.
