**Job Summary:**

As our Financial Administrator extraordinaire, you'll be the backbone of our administrative operations, collaborating closely with Principals, Engineers, and our esteemed Office Manager to ensure smooth sailing in all office-related matters. You'll also be the mastermind behind our office communications, data entry, client interactions, and more.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Warmly greet clients via phone, in person, or through electronic channels, enhancing our customer experience.

- Manage phone calls with finesse and accuracy, serving as the communication maestro.

- Handle administrative tasks like sorting mail, handling emails, and running errands for senior team members.

- Keep our office well-stocked by ordering supplies and maintaining inventories.

- Manage databases, files, and documents with organizational prowess.

- Utilize MS-Word to create and modify documents with precision and speed.

- Operate office equipment effectively, ensuring smooth operations.

Pay Details: $24.50 to $26.00 per hour
