The role reports to the Global Tools and Landscape Manager and is located in Westerville, Ohio. As a Global Early Talent Program in Finance, you will get hands-on responsibility from the start. For this particular position, you will be working within the Business Tools Team, Measurement and Analytics Division the Process Automation Business Area team in Westerville Ohio in United States in America's region.
You will be reporting to the Division IS Manager.
The program is made up of three assignments in different roles:
1) One nine-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the business.
2) One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB's operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network.
3) One nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business, where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function.
During the program we will take the participants on a leadership competency development journey. The last rotation will also be the time where the participants start to look for their final position, to be started after the end of the program.
Your responsibilities

Support Division Information Systems (IS) Manager in managing the ($8-10MUSD) IS Financials of the Division
Work closely with IS Service Managers and Project Managers to provide support with any financial related topics
Help with periodic reviews of Division IS budgets and forecasting throughout the year (APTTIO process)
Report transparent and reliable Division IS financial data ensuring good quality and deadlines
Support Division IS Investment (GMAS process) assessments ensuring that the key financial requirements in terms of costs, benefits, approvals, documentation are fully satisfied

Your background

You are a recent graduate (preferably Master's level) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
You may have professional experience in the finance function
You master the English language, other languages are a plus
You are a good communicator, both orally and in writing
You think global and like working in teams
You are curious, resilient and open to new ideas
You like details and accuracy
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
