QUALIFICATIONS:
- A valid teacher certificate in the field of assignment.
- Additional certification requirements as set by the Maryland State Department of Education or Talbot County Board of Education.
- Such alternates and additions to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

JOB GOAL: To help students learn subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible men and women.To provide students with skills and knowledge commensurate with their ability and to provide all students with the opportunity to successfully obtain a valid high school diploma based upon criteria established by the local and state boards of education.
