JOB DESCRIPTION

As a District Manager, you’ll oversee a dynamic territory spanning a radius within Montana, South + North Dakota.

The ideal location for travel reasons is Billings, Montana.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Experience: You bring 5 years of sales experience, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue and build client relationships. Your background in field/route sales, sales management, or automotive tool franchise is a significant advantage.

Education: You hold a high school diploma, which is a requirement. Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree would be desirable for career advancement

Road Warrior: You’re prepared for up to 6 hours of daily travel several days per month,  including occasional overnights (3 or 4 per month) within your territory. Must possess a valid driver's license.

Sales Coaching: You possess strong sales coaching abilities, motivating and guiding others toward success. Embracing your entrepreneurial spirit and handling crucial conversations for the betterment of the Franchisee's success.

Tech Proficiency: Utilize MS Office tools for tracking sales results, managing automotive tools inventory, and creating franchisee sales presentations.

Physical Stamina: You can lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodations) and handle the physical demands of climbing on and off a mobile tool truck.
