The Occupational Medicine Clinic at National Jewish Health is seeking a
Registered Nurse (RN) II to join our team. Our clinic specializes in the
diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of work related illnesses and
injuries. We primarily focus on pulmonology, allergies, environmental
exposures, and management for diseases such as sarcoidosis and beryllium
diseas
Among many other duties, RN's on our team perform metal allergies testing
and help run the drug monitoring program for high risk medications. RNs also
provide patient education on medications as well as procedure preparation. The
Occupational Medicine Clinic is always an interesting place to work - no two
days are ever the same and the team work is outstanding!
Position Summary
Accurately plans and provides professional nursing care for patients,
families, and communities utilizing a systematic approach incorporating
assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The Registered Nurse
II is responsible and accountable for facilitation and management of care
coordination across the healthcare continuum. Utilizes the nursing process to
work with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe and personalized care.
