    We are offering an opportunity for a Contracts Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be key in managing contract work streams, updating our Contract Management System (CMS), and handling various commercial agreements. This position is within the therapeutics industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage contract work streams efficiently
    • Handle administrative backlog effectively
    • Update old SharePoint files into the new Contract Logic CMS
    • Assist with clinical trials and standard commercial agreements
    • Utilize your knowledge of contract management to ensure smooth operations
    • Implement your SharePoint skills to manage and organize contracts
    • Apply your understanding of commercial agreements to assist with various tasks
    • Undertake contract administration tasks as required
    • Assist with clinical trial agreements as needed.
    • Proven experience in Contract Management is essential for this role.
    • Proficiency in using SharePoint is required.
    • Demonstrable experience with Commercial Agreements is necessary.
    • Extensive knowledge in Contract Administration is a must.
    • Familiarity with Clinical Trial Agreement is a significant asset for this position.
