The successful candidate will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and assisting with administrative duties.     Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.

    • Coordinate operations of executives' offices including preparing and organizing documents for meetings, coordinating with other departments and assisting with special projects as needed.

    • Take meeting minutes and distribute them accordingly.

    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

    • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience.

    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.

    • In-depth understanding of MS Office suite.

    • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
