LOCATION: Position can be remote
SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $100,000 based on experience and location.
The Project Control Analyst will support multiple project managers, departments, and be responsible for Program Finance Analysis supporting various Government agencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cost management for assigned projects with tracking of actual expenditures, incurred costs and commitments.
Experience with various contract types; CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FFP etc.
Preparation and analysis of weekly project status report and funding analysis
Subcontractor Management
Program Performance tracking and generation of ETC/EAC reports/calculations
Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
Participate in monthly customer financial reporting to include MSR's, financial projections and breakdown of elements of cost
Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure appropriate allocation of cost
Identify trends and developments through analysis and presents findings to senior management
Perform financial forecasting/budgeting, monthly, quarterly and annual variance analysis and reconciliation of internal projects
Prepare project status with variance analysis for Senior Management and Project Management
Will work under general supervision in a highly visible role, with strong organizational, verbal, written and analytical skills
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Must have a strong understanding of business financial structures and direct and indirect cost elements
Requires responsiveness, and high level of attention to details
Must be willing to work in a deadline driven environment, which will require extended hours to ensure completion of assigned proposals
Bachelor's degree in business related field from accredited institution
Two (2) years of cross-functional experience in finance, accounting, pricing or related technical operation discipline
Must have a working knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel and Word programs
High proficiency in modeling and data analysis in MS Excel, specifically Excel formulas
Must have working knowledge of FAR & CAS
Strong background in analysis and strategic meodeling
