In this role, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting a wide range of marketing and business development activities, from content creation and editing to project management and execution.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately update firm webpages via CMS, including service, industry, company descriptions, biographies, and other pages as needed.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager to create engaging content for the company's social media accounts.</p><p>• Assist with the planning and execution of client-facing webinars, including scheduling, practice runs, and sharing registrant and attendee reports.</p><p>• Uphold the company's brand standards and guidelines on all materials, in close coordination with the Marketing Department's graphic designer and Marketing & Communications Manager. </p><p>• Write and edit content related to key practice areas, industry initiatives, legal insights, client alerts, client success stories, and newsletters.</p><p>• Support the events managers with event logistics, including planning, promotional item ordering, staffing, set-up and takedown, and processing CLEs.</p><p>• Maintain and update the Marketing & Business Development team's intranet pages.</p><p>• Assist with administrative duties as assigned.</p><p>• Gather and curate content for select newsletters for internal and client-facing communications.</p><p>• Serve as backup for formatting the firm's email marketing communications and other graphics for distribution.</p>
