Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience.

Product System Analysis serves as a liaison between the business and Engineering to align product strategies and capabilities, also providing technical business specifications to the internal and external development teams.  This role identifies and analyzes product needs, defines requirements, objectives, and participates in the solutions making process.  This role optimizes business processes by leveraging the functionality of the technology and product solution. 

As Sonexus enters rapid growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst with Hub or related Healthcare experience to strategize, analyze market and technology trends and define the future Product offerings that will drive the continued growth of the business. This is a position for someone who is passionate about what they do, who is not happy with the status quo, and most of all wants to drive real change and improvement in patients lives and treatment

Responsibilities

  • Specialize in understanding the market

  • Participate in RFP responses & process

  • Partner with engineering team members to understand integration capabilities

  • Attend customer meetings, listen and analyze customer needs, and present possible solutions to stakeholders

  • Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to engineering teams

  • Set clear expectations with stakeholders 

  • Ensure timely delivery of deliverables

  • Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and engineering stakeholders

  • Bring a strategic vision to Cardinal Health

  • Prior experience with electronic benefits verification and prior authorization greatly desired

Qualifications

  • Hub or similar Healthcare experience

  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred . Advance Degree preferred

  • 8-12 years experience preferred

  • Provides solutions which may set precedent

  • Independently determines method for completion of new projects

  • Receives guidance on overall project objectives

  • Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $147,900

The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
