JOB REQUIREMENTS: Internal Job Description: Bulk Members, 1st shift,
Monday-Friday, 5:45am-2:15pm, OT starts at 4:45am-or 3:45am depending on
production, (The fall is Dr. Comforts busy season, they also work some
saturdays), \$14/hr with no forklift exp., (\$16/hr once forklift
certified) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Dress code / PPE: Wear face mask due
to Covid, also will use temp scan upon entering the building Drug
Screen: 5-panel drug test prior to starting Background Check: Must have
solid work history, interviews, do I-9 checks, e-verify, Additional
background screening we require due to our work with Medicare, Medicaid

Description: Responsibilities include picking orders, moving bulk,
unloading containers, and keeping the warehouse organized. Mandatory OT
every other Saturday. Must have ability to walk for long periods of
time. Must have great attention to detail. Must have ability to work in
fast paced work environment. Forklift experience needed but not
necessary. Must be a self-starter and self-motivated. Pull cases of
shoes (about 20-25 lbs per case) from our bulk area to the picking
shelves Open those cases and stock product to the shelves Candidates who
meet the expectations outlined below, who do not have forklift
experience, will be trained and subject to a wage increase upon
certification Help unload trucks (approximately 500 cases in a 2 hr
timeframe) and build pallets Bulk team members should be able to
withstand the physical nature of the duty Would prefer that they have
forklift experience, but it isn\'t required. People operating forklifts
will go through a formal training class and once certified, they would
be replenishing shelves. Must be able to be on their feet for 9-10 hours
at a time as this position requires a lot of walking. Must have good
attention to detail as they will be dealing with a lot of different
products. Will climb a ladder to retrieve items Ability to operate
shipping system for UPS and Fed-Ex Quality inspection before shipping
Re-stock of shipping station with daily supplies Lifting up to
30lbs/standing for 8+ hour shift Pack at a production rate of a minimum
of 240 pair per shift Any forklift experience will be a plus, will use
rolling carts, pallet jacks, both sit-down and standup forklifts are
used Print Labels for boxes, process orders Clean, casual warehouse
English is required Simple data entry work on a PC is used for order
retrieval and location EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or
GED equivalent preferred, but not required After temp EE\'s work 160
hours, all must go through FDA Govn., regulated training on-line, (about
16 hours of paid training, no exceptions) Two 15 minutes paid brakes,
