HIPPY Plus Program Manager (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters)
Classification: Full -time-exempt
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Applicant MUST have;- Early Childhood Education Knowledge and experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Priop experience coordinating school/community based projects.
- Proficiency in the execution of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven above average oral and written Communication skills.
- Public Speaking experience. (group facilitation skills are a PLUS)
Duties:
- The employee in this position is responsible for administrative management and coordination of all aspects of local program implementation of HIPPY Plus Programs. This includes all programmatic & fiscal documentation & reporting to meet deadlines and proposed program outcomes.
- The employee is responsible for assisting the Program Coordinator in supervising, and maintaining the HIPPY grant components and total program contractors' activities and recruitment efforts, as needed.
- This employee is responsible for the oversight of in-home education activities for children ages 3 to 5 in the HIPPY plus Program.
- This employee ensures that appropriate intensive support services are provided to all active families within the HIPPY PLUS program, through the proper supervision of all assigned employees & contractors. Best practices in in-home services provision and case documentation is VITAL, for this component.
- This employee will be responsible in assisting in securing outside funding and all recruitment activities.

Pay Range; $14.00-$18.00

- 8 hour sift
- Day shift
- Monday through Friday-8:00am until 4:00pm (Intermittent evening and /or Saturday events, may require staff coverage but flexible schedules during those times will be approved)
