responsibility and accountability for performing all preventative,
on-demand and improvement maintenance activities at our Teklad Custom
and Standard Diet production facilities. Additionally, the position is
responsible for the upkeep, on-going maintenance and improvement of
safety and security equipment. This position reports to the Teklad
Maintenance Supervisor position or designee. Responsibilities Actively
participate in the implementation and maintenance of the facility\'s
health & safety program Perform safe, timely and cost-effective
preventative maintenance all building, grounds and equipment in
compliance with established quality management system and facility\'s
health & safety program Ability to work in a team setting, as well as
goal setting as an individual to complete tasks Ability to accept
responsbilities as job knowledge increases Perform safe, timely and
cost-effective repair of buildings and repair and replacement of
equipment on-demand Recognition that safety is paramount to production
Trouble-shoot (mechanical and electrical) and repair process equipment
function safely and timely to ensure equipment availability for use
