JOB REQUIREMENTS: Waukesha State Bank is one of the largest locally
owned and independent community banks in Wisconsin, with 14 full-service
offices located throughout Waukesha County. Our strength as a successful

approach to banking and an emphasis on customer service. Waukesha State
Bank\'s Operations Manager/Information Security Officer (OM/ISO)
oversees the daily operations of the bank. This role manages the
Operations Department and oversees the departmental service standards &
goals for the Deposit Services/Card Services/Fraud Departments,
Purchasing/Facilities/Maintenance/Mailroom Departments, and the
Information Technology/Electronic Banking/Payroll Complete Departments.
The OM/ISO also works to identify threats to the Bank, assess Bank
vulnerability, and determine risk - implementing control strategies to
reduce risk. Finally, this role acts as the Bank\'s BSA Officer -
overseeing the Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security, and Identity
Theft. This is an onsite position in Waukesha, WI Employment with
