    ·      Exposure to cybersecurity protocols and tools used for endpoint protection, firewalls, and vulnerability scanning.

    ·      Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    ·      Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, or equivalent are a strong plus.

    ·      Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    ·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
