· Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
· Assist in the design, configuration, and management of the organization’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
· Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms).
· Implement and manage IT security best practices, including access controls, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation strategies.
· Troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical problems across local and remote environments.
· Participates in IT project planning and execution, offering technical expertise as needed.
· Handle configuration and deployment of IT equipment (workstations, laptops, peripherals, etc.).
· Assist in routine maintenance operations such as software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address more complex technical support issues and ensure efficient IT operations.
· A minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, systems management, or related fields.
· Working knowledge of networking principles and systems (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
· Proven hands-on experience with IT hardware, software, and operating systems in both Windows and Mac environments.
· Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
· Exposure to cybersecurity protocols and tools used for endpoint protection, firewalls, and vulnerability scanning.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, or equivalent are a strong plus.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
