POSITION: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
DUTIES: Care for ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled persons in
nursing home. Administer prescribed medications and note times and amounts on
patients' charts. Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in
patients' conditions and taking any necessary actions and corrective
measures. Answer patients' calls and provide basic patient care and
treatments. Work as part of a health care team to assess patient needs, plan
and modify care and implement interventions. Prepare patients for
examinations, tests or treatments and explain procedures. Assemble and use
equipment such as catheters, tracheotomy tubes, and oxygen suppliers.
Other duties may be assigned by supervisors.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse. Newly graduated
individuals waiting to take their NCLEX for licensing can still apply.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years of age due to employers insurance. Must
be able to pass drug test & background check. Employer is looking for
compassionate, self-motivated, dependable individuals who are team
players. Flu vaccination is required.
WAGE: $24.00 - $32.25 per hour (dependent on experience)
SHIFTS: 12 hour shifts (days and nights). Days vary and can including
weekends and holidays.
