Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Document patient care and progress notes accurately and timely
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.
Develop and implement nursing care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs
Pay Details: $42.00 per hour
