    We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities. This Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled in managing administrative tasks. The role is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting and assisting visitors with a detail-oriented approach.
    • Coordinate facility services to ensure the workspace remains functional and organized.
    • Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings and events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
    • Maintain the reception area and meeting spaces to uphold a welcoming and detail-oriented atmosphere.
    • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate parties.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to facility operations.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures within the front desk operations.
    • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve any facility-related concerns promptly.
    • Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer applications.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Familiarity with coordinating meetings and events.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
