Job Description

 
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities: Operate and perform the duties of a Warehouse Pick/Packer and loader. Perform daily live loads of all trucks including flatbeds (for Senior Loaders). Perform and demonstrate the proper way to load trucks safely, securely and damage free. Unload material being received and match to packing list for accuracy, damages, and make sure you sign it and give it to the Team Leader. Follow direction from Supervisor and/or Warehouse Manager for any other tasks related to the needs of the business. Senior Loader Levels: SL1 Can load a flatbed without errors within an hour and a half SL2 Can load a flatbed without errors within two hours SL3 Can load a flatbed with minimal errors but takes longer than two hours Experience: 1-2 Years Loading Experience Key Competencies & Job Requirements: Reliable and Punctual. Able to work with a sense of urgency independently and with little supervision. Be able to work well with a team. Be able to take direction. Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift at least 90 lbs.
