Senior Engineering Technician

Design To Delivery Inc (D2DInc) is a minority-owned, women-owned small business. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, D2DInc provides services to public-sector organizations in the areas of acquisition and procurement support, contract administration and closeout, development and administration of small business outreach programs, training, administrative support, and marketing communications materials. Our customers include civilian and defense federal government agencies.

D2DInc is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician to support a government customer Hill AFB, Utah area. The qualified individual will be customer-focused and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform complex data collection and preparation necessary to support engineering studies and reports
• Provide help desk support of hardware and software applications
• Provide support of prototype & modification development and installation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational/Technical Certificate OR Associate degree in Engineering + 10 years of experience
• Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification preferred
• Senior skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with others exhibiting decorum and discretion at all times.
• Individual must be self-motivated, a fast learner and able to complete tasks with minimal direction and supervision
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
