    Responsibilities:
    • Process invoices, payments, and credit memos with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
    • Enter financial data into accounting systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
    • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
    • Support billing functions, including generating invoices and tracking payments.
    • Perform routine account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to the accounting team.
    • Collaborate with team members on special projects and provide coverage during absences.
    • Utilize accounting software tools such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage data effectively.
    • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, particularly in accounts payable and receivable.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
    • Strong skills in invoice processing and account reconciliation.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage data entry tasks with precision.
    • Familiarity with billing processes and financial documentation preparation.
    • Effective organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
    • High school diploma or equivalent education level.
