Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate cross-unit programming to advance community-engaged collaboration for interprofessional education. Assist with planning and implementation of community-university events to advance interprofessional education initiatives of students in collaboration with the Faculty Steering Committee. Assist with planning and implementation of interprofessional training fellowships in collaboration with the Director of Community IPE Fellowships. Provide primary support for the initiatives in the IPE in the Field foundation grant Coordinate meetings, communications and implementation of activities outlined in the grant Create and update specific project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resources to advance the Ionas IPE mission under the auspices of the grant-funded project. Liaise with relevant university offices to support the IPE efforts, including Marketing and Communications. Collaborate with the Director of Community of IPE Fellowships to serve as an initial university connection point for community partners interested in IPE initiatives. Design and manage communication strategies for internal and external audiences. Maintain open contact channels for updates, problem-solving, and feedback with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate assessment and evaluation of project areas, successes and identify areas for improvement in future projects. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications BS or BA degree in an allied health or related field 1 year of project coordination experience Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in an allied health or related field 3+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in higher education Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Attention to detail; demonstrate a strong commitment to precision and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities. Strong focus on flexibility, ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills, good follow-up and judgment. Must be able to prioritize. Must possess excellent communication and writing skills, patience, professionalism and ability to effectively interact with staff, faculty, and management alike; take meeting minutes Ability to analyze and synthesize information, with a demonstrated capacity to solve problems effectively. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Qualtrics; ability to learn additional software as needed. Adept at comprehensively understanding processes and their interconnectedness, with the ability to communicate this information professionally to stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to understand stakeholder needs Proven ability as a self-starter with a resourceful mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. Event planning and communication skills; marketing and communication strategies. Experience working with students in internship, research, or engagement efforts. Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and community members. Experience applying diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in collaborative work.
