- Manage customer inquiries over the phone and via email.
- Work within the computer system to maintain all records.
- Work towards insurance licensure.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Prior experience in the Insurance Industry preferred.
- Ability to work directly with clients in person or on the phone.
- Ability to prioritize and must be organized.
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Above average computer skills.
