The Advance Group has partnered with distribution company in Dundee as an Order Picker/Packer. You will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse.
As an Order Picker/Packer you will be responsible for:
- Unloading boxes from incoming trucks and efficiently stacking them on pallets using a pallet jack.
- Safely shrink-wrapping pallets to ensure the secure transportation of products.
- Go in a man lift up to 20-24ft.
- Utilizing tablets and computers to accurately pick, pack, and sort customers' orders for shipment.
- Loading trucks with outbound customer shipments, ensuring the products are carefully organized for delivery.
Requirements for Order Picker/Packer:
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using technology, including tablets and scanners, to facilitate order processing.
- Keen attention to detail and good documentation skills.
Hours for Order Picker/Packer:
- Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed
- This position is expected to last through October
Compensation and Benefits for Order Picker/Packer:
- The pay for this position starts at $14.50 per hour
