You Are:
The Salesforce Technical/Lead Senior Manager will provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. They will assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.
The Work:
- Develop architecture models and blueprints depicting Salesforce solutions, along with service integrations, for service modernizations
- Responsible in assisting technical design decisions, working with the business partners to determine long-term technical goals, determining levels of technical risk present in the system and ensuring that development not be impeded by technical considerations
- Ensuring that best practices are followed, the solution designed and built are scalable to meet the current business needs, and support the future state
- Document, maintain, and govern Salesforce solutions, both out-of-box capabilities and customized, to meet business requirements for service modernizations across their respective lifecycles
- Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward
- Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform
- Ensure that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with development teams
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 7+ years of industry experience
- Experience with Salesforce development, implementation and/or design
Bonus Points If:
- Strong communication with teams, customers, and project stakeholders, as well as provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Certified Salesforce System Architect and /or Certified Salesforce Application Architect
- Provide superior group/team facilitation skills
- Ability to enter client environment and provide recommendations after assessing the requirements and the current state
- Demonstrated experience managing the expectations of high profile clients and building a reputation of trust
- Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, project management, and mentoring skill
