• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $29 - 37 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Ebenezer and Arbor Lane Senior Living is looking for a LPN/Nurse. This nursing role is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior assisted living/memory care residents are met for our vibrant, beautiful, and busy community in Burnsville, MN.

This licensed practical nursing schedule includes;  

• 48 hours per pay period
• Day shift
• Every third weekend rotation

Arbor Lane Memory Care and Specialty Care Assisted Living emphasizes the total wellbeing of our residents in a warm, newly updated and comfortable home. • Provides skilled nursing care such as; implementing practitioners’ orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operates medical equipment, and charting practices
• Lifts and transfer residents as needed, Initiates emergency treatment as needed
• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
• Updates RN with current observation and completes documentation of resident health status
• Communicates changes in residents conditions to relevant individuals
• May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements and care plans

Required:

• MN LPN licensure
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Previous healthcare experience
• Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
