What you'll do:
Develops and maintains lasting relationships with customers delivering
industry leading service.
Using Load Board shipment data, reviews quote requests, calculates
mileage, equipment, permits, & sets profit margins.
Communicates rates, negotiates pricing and handles invoicing.
Assign trucking companies to loads, create load confirmations, confirming
important information ie, pick-up and delivery location information, dock
hours, reference numbers, and creates Bill of Lading.
Tracks shipment progress / location using GPS software, updates related
parties, and holds trucking companies accountable.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues that occur while the shipment is in transit
