Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will help position BNC National Bank for continued growth and success through managing and implementing the organizations marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. The Marketing Manager will oversee the departments function, staff, and operations.
Essential Job Duties

- Manage and implement the organizations marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
- Oversee and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to reach new and existing customers.
- Manage, design and build the banks social media presence.
- Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email, and other platforms.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Design and edit ads/flyers, create presentations for special events or programs.
- Manage and edit internal and external company websites, including tracking activity, researching new options, and coordinating new pages and/or designs.
- Edit logos as needed for use internally or for PR opportunities.
- Review and retain all marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate all printed materials including stationary, envelopes, business cards, brochures, the annual report, etc.
Additional Management Job Duties:
- Assist in the hiring process of other staff members in the marketing department.
- Assist in aligning department goals with organizational objectives; and develop and implement actionable strategies to help your team meet these goals.
- Assist in effectively training, supervising, and leading team by using clear communication, providing motivation and support, selecting the right individuals for each
Desired Experience, Knowledge & Abilities
- Proficient with Google products and CRM/CMS (including JH Synapsys, Banno, and HubSpot)
- Proficient with digital marketing tools, including Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Education Requirements
- High school diploma
- B.S. in Communications, or related field
- A minimum of 6 years marketing experience, preferably in financial services
