Duties and Responsibilities:
-Providing superior member service to our members at all times
-Performing routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
-Troubleshooting and responding to members request, problems and complaints and/or directing them to the proper person for specific assistance.
-Effectively promoting credit union products and services.
-Balancing cash drawer and checks
-Processing auto payments and stop payments and routing to the proper departments.
-Escorting members in and out of safe-deposit area.
-Maintaining certificates, and mailing out renewals.
