In this role, you will focus on managing accounts payable for auto parts, using Netsuite, and reconciling significant amounts.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage high volume accounts payable tasks
    • Utilize NetSuite for invoice processing and account reconciliation
    • Handle the accounts payable for auto parts between yards
    • Conduct check runs and coding invoices
    • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
    • Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and other Oracle NetSuite Technologies
    • Ensure the accurate and prompt processing of invoices
    • Reconcile accounts, ensuring all financial data aligns and there are no discrepancies
    • Maintain accurate customer credit records.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position or similar role.
    • Proficiency in account reconciliation and invoice processing.
    • Demonstrated ability to run checks and code invoices.
    • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis.
    • Experience with accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and NetSuite.
    • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Technologies and NetSuite CRM is a plus.
    • Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) with efficiency and accuracy.
    • Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
