Jon L Myers and Associates powered by Ameriprise Financial Services, is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant position. The job is located in our E. Syracuse office located on Towpath Road. The main responsibilities of the position are as follows: - This position will be greeting and welcoming our clients in a friendly and professional manner - This position will be responsible for answering and transferring phone calls to appropriate staff - This position requires the scheduling of all client meetings for our E. Syracuse financial advisors - It will also involve some miscellaneous office tasks, like ordering office supplies, scanning checks or other documents, using TEAMS platform for communication with colleagues and other office staff.
