Project Manager, App Integrity Operations (91.179264.5) Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the architecture and integration of Meta’s community support processes, products, and policies.
  • Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements to develop or improve scalable solutions.
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and help determine how to prioritize optimization efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to improve the community support experience on our existing suite of products.
  • Partner with regional teams to assess the effectiveness of scaled solutions supporting Meta’s global user base.
  • Use problem solving skills to identify and resolve large and complex business problems.
  • Drive end-to-end management of projects including planning, measurement, execution, and communication.
  • Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted (remote work benefit).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain or related field and two years of experience inthe job offered or in a computer-related occupation.Requires two years of experience in the following:
  • 1. Business process analysis, initiating and driving projects to completion, and creating business cases
  • 2. Leading process improvement projects and managing fast-paced change across a cross-functional landscape
  • 3. Communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams
  • 4. Analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools to evaluate operational health and identify areas of improvement
  • 5. Tracks and analyzes key operational metrics to understand the support ecosystem and determine where to focus optimization efforts and
  • 6. Complex support flow analysis and recommendation of process, policy, and product improvements.
  • This position requires 10% of travel.

$124,306/year to $156,750/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
