Job Description: |
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our medical staff. Your primary role will be to assist with patient exams, take vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records. You will also be responsible for preparing exam rooms, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring that all medical supplies are stocked and organized. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.
Hourly range for this position is $19.50 - $26.50. Pay is based on years of relevant experience.
$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS: When hired as an CMA, you are eligible for a $1,500 tiered Sign-On Bonus! Bonuses will be paid in three installments. Responsibilities:
Rooming patients, record vital signs, and assisting in the float station Administering injections, phlebotomy draws and performing EKGs Communicate with patients and patient’s family to provide advice, patient education forms and ensure completion of appropriate patient forms Document in the electronic health record (eClinicalWorks) Maintains supplies, equipment, stocks and sterilizes instruments Complies with procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA standards Travel to other clinic locations as requested Performs other related duties as assigned
