Automotive Billing Clerk

Berglund Automotive is a well-established and reputable automotive group with 10 locations, representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia. The Accounting team is looking for a Billing Clerk. We need a team player who is detail-oriented and organized.

Job Summary:

As an Automotive Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions related to vehicle sales and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process automotive billing and invoicing transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to vehicle sales and service.
• Collaborate with the sales department to address any billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries related to billing issues.

Qualifications:

• Team player.
• Previous experience in automotive billing or related field preferred.
• Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
